The lobby was very inviting; the people at the front desk were very warm and engaging.

The carpet desperately needs to be replaced and the walls painted. Our room had dead roaches and soiled linens. The swimming pool was tiny and, most importantly, the pool and the spa desperately needed cleaning. On Booking, I expected a nice hotel for a good rate because that is your business. However, I could have gotten a hotel in this condition on my own for this price without going through you. I don't know whether I will use you again. I. Duke

They need to clean or replace their carpeting. I have stayed in two rooms now and they both had stained ~dirty carpets!

I reserved a suite---I got a room. I reserved non-smoking- -I got a smoking room. The air conditioner failed and I had to be moved. We forgot to check the closet when we changed rooms at midnight and left a sweater behind. I called the next day four times and each time was told they had the sweater but the manager would have to talk to me about sending it. The manager never called me and was never available any of the times I called. I wouldnb't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The Fairfield Inn provided an spacious suite with a King bed and sleeper sofa. The room featured two new TVs and a fridge. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options, with high-quality coffee that was a pleasant surprise. The location was also ideal, only a short drive from Virginia Beach.

The rooms were a little dirty (stained carpets). The breakfast was not fresh.

There were bodily fluids on the sheets. There was someones hair all on the bathroom floor and behind toilet. When we took soiled sheets off bed the mattress cover had hair and stains all over it. The carpet was very dirty!

Excellent place with great wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely indoor swimming pool. The staff helped me with my room issue even late at night, which I appreciate. Debra at breakfast was especially kind. I recommend visiting!

The room was richly updated with ultra-modern decor and available with 2 very comfortable queen beds and ultra-modern decor, as example. The price was US$ 110.

Our stay was fantastic, especially the spacious Queen Suite and the fun pool area!

Very nice hotel, great location and quiet. Lots of good shopping and food places nearby. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. Room was very clean but closet was too small.

Breakfast was okay but the chicken patties and eggs were cooked in the microwave. Would like to have seen a better selection of breakfast items.

Greatly enjoyed this pleasant and clean hotel, met standard. The staff were very nice, marvellous location in many areas at the bottom. Besides, it was short walk to Chesapeake, Virginia, which was about a 25 minutes drive to the Beach, Norfolk airport and Hampton and Virginia Beach...

The room was spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise! The beds were comfy, awesome for a good night's sleep. I also liked how updated everything felt. But there was definitely a musty smell, and the A/C seemed to saturate the carpet. It could use some better ventilation.
